no full rights, despite Server Admin

Good evening everyone, I have the following problem.

On a notebook I've also installed ts3, I'm there, a user should have the server actually Admin rights.
But now when I connect me with the server, I see only two channels and can not switchen although I'm the server admin status.

Any ideas how I can fix this problem?

Do you use the same Identity on both the PC (where as I understand you do have Permissions) and the Notebook?

Do you actually have Server Admin or are you just supposed to in your opinion?
