Text to speach
it would be useful to have a text to speach add on for teamspeak so you can now exactly who that "new player" is that just joined your room or to read text chats people send while you are in a game
i have a bit of experience in writing simple text to speach apps and would be glad to work on this plugin.... i have heard that their is a sdk available for teamspeak but havent seen a link for it on the site.
any ideas, suggestions, or help is welcome. (and if it is even feasable to do it with its current setup)

would just like to say that after reading afew more articles i realize that the sdk is right in the install directory
just thouhgt id say that for everyone trying to figure it out
still would like some feedback on the idea though
