Complain list will be deleted by the server

Hey,

when a user complains about another, it will be listed in the complain list. Yesterday, someone does that, but today, the complain list is empty.

No group has the permission to delete the complain. You can`t delete your own complains. Only I have the permissions to do that. So no user can delete the list.

Can you tell me how to fix that the complain list saves all complains? I want to read the complains.

EDIT: Problem solved, click on edit the server then set the complains delete time on 9999999seconds.

Read the original Post completely maybe? He posted the Solution as he found it out later on...
By default Complaints get removed after an hour, which can be changed on Edit Virtual Server -> Misc
