So, I, Jouni Järvinen, registered NPL for my PlusLINE Clan and next startup (and subsequent ones) of TS3 Server keeps stopping at

even after 12 hours from issuing the license.

I really dunno what I should tell. System is Debian 6 "Squeeze" on 2.6.32-5-amd64.

The server tells you exactly what is wrong, you did start the server too often in a short period of time. You'll have to wait 3 hours before starting it again.
