CPU Spikes
Ok, so I know there have been plenty of topics on this, and I have tried to find and apply the most popular suggestions for fixing CPU spikes. I've tried updating/downgrading my sound device drivers, I've disabled echo cancelling and reduction, I've cleared the cache, I've reinstalled, etc. I would be grateful for some help into diagnosing this issue, because it's is really getting on my nerves. I do have the latest version of TS3.
Here are some pictures to demonstrate... (the vertical lines on the bar graph are 10 seconds apart)

Maybe its the echo reduction under your capture profile. Or maybe it is an installed plugin, that cause such spikes?
Is there nothing in your lcient logs?---------------------------------------------------------
