codecs on t/s

ok some of the codecs that come with teamspeak seem to cause my computer problems... this wasnt an issue until now cause i just choose to quit the codec installer and t/s would still work but with the newest update there is no seperate installer for the codecs and now my comp is a bit messed to put it mildly sound is all distorted it wont play audio cds in the drive without skipping (this is not my drive was working before) if you could help somehow i would be very greatfull but its looking like another system restore then i will have to run the older version of t/s *sigh*

which hardware do you use?

normally there shouldn't be any problem with codecs at all, cause the TS-Codecs shouldn't interfere with your installed high-bandwidth soundcodecs...
