tried everything open as admin reinstall re download and it;s not working this is the info on the dump as i cant zip it

I pulled up ts3 today when I got home from work, logged in, and shortly after the client crashed. Now it will not load, and shows a message instructing to upload "C:\Users\Ky\Documents\ts3_clientui-win32-1334913258-2012-06-16 21_43_35.301254.dmp" to the forums. Also when uploaded as an attachment, it is called an invalid file.

hello there ,,,
can i know what is posibly the cause of this problem which gaved me a headeche over tow weeks now....
knowing that:-
1- i removed antivirus softwares from my computer.
2- i desabled the firewall.
3- the information about the server and the password is 100% correct.

it just wont work out after i tried all of this ,, please help out if u got an idea abt it THANK U VERY MUCH
note: m runing windows 7 on my computer
