Anyone good at making design themes?

Looking for someone who is willing to make a new theme for me. I want to use it for my TS. We can upload it to share with others and you can have all the credit. I looked into doing it myself but I have other issues here on TS and dont want to spend more time trying to create one. So if you can make them please let me know, thanks.

I solved my other TS3 issues but still finding it difficult to learn how to make a skin. What I want is a GuildWars 2 theme. I have all 3 pictures I would like to use. I just need someone with knowledge on how to transfer those pictures onto TS3 as a new theme. As for the "8 in" your talking about, I am not sure what that is.

the 8 was just a typo... someone forgot the Shift Key there

Anyway as for a GW2 Skin there is already one available in the Addons Section (Download -> Addons at the top right), try it out and see if you like it enough.

I have that one and its very nice but I wanted to design a different one. I do like the way they made the lettering GuildWars 2 in the chat box section and I would like to incorporate that into my design in the same place.
