Hi, i use headset to play games, i use push to talk and when i do others on TS get to hear my game play over my speach!!...anyone got any ideas plz??

Happens because your Speakers are too loud and / or your Mic is too sensitive.

You can do Settings->Options->Capture->Advanced Options -> Voice Activation Detection while using Push-To-Talk checked.
Then do begin Test and move the Black bar in the huge gray bar to the right until the Blue light no longer activates by just the game sound but only when you speak into the mic. After you are done Hit OK.

Without more info as to the soundcard, headset or connections used... it is hard. But a guess would be that you are using an analog headset connected to your soundcard. You mic is setup so you hear it through the sound card and you recording settings are to "what you hear". If this is the case change your recording settings for the sound card to the mic input.
