    Team speak problem!

    Good afternoon everyone. i recently installed teamspeak 3 ,32 version cause all my friends are using it when they`re playing cs.i never used before ts3 so, sry i`m a little bit noob with this program... the problem is when i play counter-strike with ts on i`m haveing low fps if i`ll use ohter program for ex. skype i dont have this problem thats what is wondering me can someone pls help me and tell me what to do so i can play


    PC: Intel Dual 2.5, RAM 2GB,VIDEO ATI RADEOM 1GB, Wind.xp 32bit
