Help, players connection lost

First of all, sorry for my bad english...

i have 3 servers with 3 differents licenses, each sever with 512 slots and each server on different datacenter, one hostnoc, one softlayer and on clouduol brasil, and in all my servers players getting connection lost all day, its not attack because its not 100%, and me dont get connection lost, anyone know why ? :\

when i rebooot the server its stop... i am using linux version amd64 server... =\

I know how funny it will sound, try ask your friends to be on some other ts3 instead of one of your servers. Some that you don't manage and is hosted elsewhere. Maybe Official test server. If you/your friends still have same issue also there, it could be the ISP that you and/or_only your friends are using to surf the web is the problem. Not the servers....

If you have no issues with Official test server(in bookmarks) or some other one you will choose for the test, it is most likely some misconfiguration closer to the server/linux...
