Latest TS2 Client - error?
Since installing the latest version of TS2 Client for Windows I have noticed a problem.
Randomly I get an error(I'll write down the error next time it occurs) and TS2 then hogs 100% of CPU. A restart of the program fixes it, but it is a serious problem that I would like to help resolve.
Have any of the developers been reported this problem already? I will post again when it happens and what I was doing. The latest time it did it was when I closed BF1942.

Without the error message, some more details, and maybe even a Debug log of the client we cant realy help.
You think my answer is stupid ? Read This:

I dont know if its the same problem, but it happens under the same conditions. Something about no scrollbars? (1447) or something. There's nothing in the logs

ok i got a message also and its not when exiting BF1942 but when you start up a Mod or the game it self (at least thats what it does with me)
you can only see it when you exit the game
anyway the message is : (System) Error Code: 1447 TS does not have any scroll bars or something like that.
could we please have some feedback on this?
it screws up my Teamspeak quite a bit i cant (minimize it by clickin the _ tab in the up right corner)
I only can get it away by right clickin on the logo in the bottom right and select hide or close TeamSpeak entirely
*eddit*
I cant see any text in the Teamspeak window anymore either

I get that error also. It doesn't seem to affect TS or BF1942 but I do hear the dialog box popup when I join a server. Actually, I haven't tried to get back to the TS Client screen when this happens, so it may not function, as mentioned in QuickFox's post. I always play with DC mod.
The message is System Error Code 1447 The window does not have scroll barsLast edited by Bone_Scavenger; 29-09-2003 at 04:44.

More informations about this little bug of teamspeak :
My windows resolution is 1280*1024 and I paly in 1024*768.
The error of teamspeak is beacause resolution change. In Battle, when a new map start, the game close connection, return on Windows, then return to game to connect to the server for the new map. Teamspeak bug appears just on return on windows desktop.
So I try to put Windows Desktop in 1024*768 and playing in 1027*768 and it results : NO MORE BUG !
So what's the solution ? to Keep 1024*768 always ? or maybee patch teamspeak !

System Error Code 1447
I have my PC running in resolution 1024 x 768 and BF running at 1024 x 768 x 32 and have always used this configuration. So that is not the answer or a quick fix; just lucky I guess. Why would a resolution make any difference to TS?
My PC consists of an ATI 9800 PRO and a Creative Audigy Platinum 2 soundcard. I have an ASUS A7N8X Delux Motherboard and a Athlon XP3200+
I have recently installed the new drivers from Creative which is an update for EAX4. One issue with these drivers is that they clash "as always" with the nForce drivers so that my Creative Game Port is now none operational. Creative are aware of this problem but it matters not to me as my Joystick is through a front loading USB. Perhaps I need to amend the sound settings in BF?
What sound cards have others got who have had this "Error Code 1447?"
Before Xmas I did a clean install of Windows and I have only just downloaded and installed the latest TS Client.
The "System Error Code 1447" has happened to me on 3 occassions. Twice upon leaving a server and once when trying to join a server which had BRSecure running which I do not have. My PC went "stupid" on me TS "crashed" with the error report 1447 and likewise BF came up as not responding. Using task manager was useless and I had to reboot to regain control.
It seems an obvious problem with the new client, but then again it may be BF 1.5 patch or my Creative Drivers. I however have no problems with BF, Desert Combat, EOD, Forgotten Hope etc only when I have TS up and running. I have not tried other games.
I am going to uninstall the latest TS clent for now and install a previous version to see if I get the same problems. Where do I get the previous version from and will it work if many of the guys in my clan have the new client (if they do; I have not asked them).
Thanx guys

Same error here. I'm experiencing it mostly durring BF1942 map change.
I think that this error appeared after some drivers update.
I do not know if it is connected with ATI drivers or maybe Logitech mouse driver which I installed at the same time.
