i can't see group/server icons

I cant see any group icons. Instead of em it shows "%%CLIENT_CHANNEL_GROUP_ICON%% Channel Admin"
I'm not using custom icons/styles/skins its all default.
Also i can't delete or modify my Avatar (others can see it but for me its "Loading image" all the time) and it gives me error when I try to delete it:

<05:08:22>  Failed to delete avatar on server.

I'm using windows 7 with teamspeak3 3.0.6 (2012-04-20 11:14:18)

I've already tried re-installing ts3 and clearing cache nothing helps. ;(

Others can see your Avatar because they still got it cached, you however don't have it cached but since it was removed from the Server you cannot download it again either. Just set a new Avatar and you should be fine.
Same goes for the Icons btw... the Files got removed from the Server hence you cannot download them. You (or the admin of that Server) will need to upload the Icons again and reassign them to the groups for them to become visible again.
