I've found the file 'permissions_pt.qm' in the translations subdirectory.

I've suspected this file it's supplied with the update.

I've got a client not updated yet. I've verified the file was not in the subdirectory.

I've updated and file 'permissions_pt.qm' has appeared.

Portuguese Translation of the Permissions (or rather the Descriptions of them), guess it was supplied by someone and TeamSpeak decided to include them.

Included by mistake, not by intention. No idea how this got smuggled into the installer, looking into it.
