TS Won't Open After Update
When I booted up my comp today TS prompted me to download a new update. After I did the program will no longer open. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing several times. Still nothing. It shows a tiny icon on the bottom-right task-bar, but nothing will work. It's as if it's trying to start-up but to no avail. Also, the program stops my internet browsers from making a connection while it's attempting to boot.
Any ideas? Is there a way to rollback to a previous version?Last edited by tworms26; 21-06-2012 at 21:03. Reason: grammar

Hm, sounds weird and I never had these Problems, however you do not seem to be the only one considering there are like 3 Threads about this around now.
Try selectively deleting all the *.dll Files inside the <TS3 Installation Folder>/plugins Directory. As in Delete a random one -> Try to start the Client -> If it doesn't work rinse and repeat. If the Client starts through please reply with the last File you deleted before it worked.
If you are out of Dlls in the plugins Folder and it still won't work post the Client Logs which you can find in %AppData%\TS3Client\logs or in <TS3 Installation Folder>\config\logs.
If all fails you can still get the previous Version here.

The plugins thing doesn't seem to work. It's acting as if the program is running, but the window is refusing to open. I can't delete the plugins while it's running.

Then use Taskmanager to kill ts3 before attempting...
Also use Taskmanager to make sure it is not running (ie. kill it after deleting a plugin when the client still didn't start).
Make sure to use the "Process" Tab on the Task manager to kill it as it likely won't show up on other Tabs. Search for ts3client in there and kill anything you find that has ts3client in it.
