Volume Control Plugin not working

I am running the latest version of TS3 along with Win 7 64bit. I cannot get the volume control plugin to work. It is not anywhere in the options or the plugin list. And when I download it and pout it in my plugins folder, it still does not show up. What should I do? When I download the plugin from this site I get a filed named, "Volume_Control_API17". is that the only file I need?

You need to double click that file, to install the Plugin.

If you have problems opening the file by doubleclicking like I did (Got a QtCore4.dll error) you can right click on it and click "Open with.." and select your archive manager (7-zip, Winrar etc.) and extract the contents to your Teamspeak folder.

Please download the plugin again! The old version did not work with our latest update. I updated the files on friday, after the first reports has been send.

This Volume Control plugin still doesn't work for me, despite downloading the latest version of the plugin and TS3! Help!

You need client 3.0.9 or 3.0.9.1 to run the latest overlay with api 19
