Retrieving TS3 client details after a HDD crash

Hello people,
I just subscribed to the forum, so this will be my first post.

I'm a happy teamspeak 3 user. I use it for gaming with my clan and friends.
Now, something bad has happend.. After a windows planned defragmentation my windows folder got corrupt.
Well, I'm not a noob at this, so I really tried everything to save my data. With a little success.. I managed to get all my files back, but windows is lost. I keep getting these BSOD's after the load of disc.sys

I've bought a new HDD, and installed a fresh new windows ( was time anyway ).
And offcourse, I need to install TS3 again aswell.

I know about the ID-export and import, but since I can't boot to the HDD anymore..

How can I still retrieve my account?
It's got alot of moderator rights on several servers. I really don't want to lose those.
I know it's a quick fix to ask the several SA's to give me rights again, but I'd be glad not to bother them.

If you did recover two ts3clientui*.conf Files from your old Harddrive just close TS3 and then put those back into %AppData%\TS3Client (if that Folder exists otherwise throw them into <TS3 Install Path>/config) overwriting those that are there. Then start TS3 again and you should have your ID and Configuration back.

Your method did not work.

If you have the correct Files which have not been corrupted and put them into the correct Folder it works just fine. I know that for a fact because I recently did exactly the same thing.

Which Files did you have and where did you put them?

ts3clientui_qt.conf
ts3clientui_qt.secrets.conf

And i placed them in my Program Files\Teamspeak 3 folder.

Exactly the Files you need, but apparently you didn't read my Post properly...
