OFFLINE User Viewer Plugin or Tool

Our group uses TS for almost everything. There is some functionality we would like that I don't think it has though.

What I want it to do:
Display All users in a specific group as online, but in the AFK channel, even when they are not online. So basically I want a channel where all offline users go. Kind of like a buddy list that shows online and offline users. This way users can still send chat messages to these users and they will get them when they login.

Is there anything like this as of now? If not could someone make this?

You can already send offline messages, to such users.
They can not be offline and in a channel at the same time. Because they are no bot like IRC allows here

I would still really like a way to show offline users in a inactive channel that everyone can see.

We do not show offline users in a channel. This would look ugly and indicates, hat a user is not offlien, when his dead client is still connected in a channel.

What would happen with every guest, that joins our public server? More then 10000 user per day would be there even, when they are disconnected

This is not possible and won't be included for TeamSpeak
