Renaming server groups without viewing permissions list..?

I would like to know which advanced permission line I need to look for to allow a user to be able to rename server group without being able to view the permission list itself. Group modify power is already set to 75 and view permission list is disabled/greyed out.

As you already have said.
Enough i_group_modify_power is the only permissions that is needed, to rename a group. The client can't rename a group when their value for i_group_needed_modify_power is higher.

If you do not want them to be able to see what Permissions are assigned to the Group (as suggested by your Post) you need to remove the b_virtualserver_servergroup_permission_list Permission (for Servergroups) and the b_virtualserver_channelgroup_permission_list Permission (For Channelgroups)

Server group "A" has the following advanced permission in his server group:

i_group_modify_power 75

Server Group "B" has the follwing permission:

i_group_needed_modify_power (no value, grey)

Server Group "A" still cannot rename server group "B". I have also tried assigning the value of server group "B" from 74-0 and the "Rename" option on server group "B" remains greyed out.

Can some please explain what the problem could be?

Please do a permission overview of client from server group A. The server group is a global permission and you should be able to rename all groups with a max needed modify power of 75
