That is no big deal but the token that will be created has to be executed by the user him/herself.

Wouldn't it be a good idea, that there is a custom field in the cms (for a special usergroup like mods an admins) which can be filled with the individual teamspeak id? So the script just to have to put this id in the correct usergroup and here we are: a semi automated Usermanagement by CMS System.
I think i will try to realize this idea in my vBulletin 4.0.

You could create a link for the user with the token in it. Then he don't have to do anything to get his rights.

TS3 or TS2 Invision Power Board (IPB) Integration
Not sure how this could be accomplished, but we need users that have registered on how forums (Invision Power Board) get automatically access to our TeamSpeak (TS3 or TS2) server.
And when we delete users from our forums, their access to TeamSpeak would be be removed.
We are willing to pay.

Nothing, prolly just advertising, looks that way at least.
BTT:
Are you hosting the IPB yourself or not?

Yes we are and we will host our TS server also if we can get someone to integrate IPS and TS (TS2 or TS3)
Maybe something in the lines of http://code.google.com/p/teamspeak3-...n-integration/ ?

Well, you can create a previlege key and save in the DB associated with the user (with link to make easy for the user to use) then you have some bot that listens for events. When a previlege key is used just check to which user it belongs and associate the UID/DBID.
When the user gets deleted just remove their access on the TS3 server based in the UID/DBID.
This is a automatic way I could think. I don't have any experience with IPB.
