TS3 closed after 10 seconds
Hi Community,
Since 3 weeks or more I have a problem with my TS3 Client. Everytime when I start it it closes himself after 10 seconds without any problem message, neither from TS nor Windows. I tried a lot that it runs normally, but nothing works.
Please help me, I don't know what to do...
What I did:
- uninstall and new installation of TS3
- update all drivers
- uninstall graficcard and soundcard and new installation
- security-programm deactived
- firewall deactived
- start TS3 in a safe environement
- searching for compatibilityproblems

Please show some client log and give us more information about your client version and operation system.
Try to deactivate all plugins.---------------------------------------------------------

I don't know what you excatly need, but I hope I can give you the right informations.
some informations how the situation is now: I uninstalled TS3 completly, from the programms and also all file (I hope so) on my computer. Now it starts and doesn't close anymore after some seconds, but I can't connecting "right" to any server, only the public server of TS is working normal.
Now the informations that I think you want to know: I use TS3 (Win7, 32 Bit, v3.0.7) and that following is my "Client Protokoll", with the informations it shows me during the connections. I hope you can tell me what is wrong..

Hi Dante,
I use the new version of TS3, the v3.0.7 for Win7 (32bit). But I did a little bit until now.
I uninstalled TS3 with all folders and installed it new. Now it works again.
The only problem I have now is that when I use my internet-surf-stick (which I use the most in the moment) I can't connect to private servers, the channellist opens very slow and I can't do something or hear, but for the other TS-users I'm like a normal user and they can move me. The only server that works is the publicserver from TS.
Is there anything I can do that my TS3 works again with my internet-stick?

The only hint i can give here is, to check your ping and packet loss and maybe you find a better palce for this stick. It seems that your connection is much to slow for teamspeak.

Do you really think it is because of my connection? It isn't that slow, my connection with the stick is about 3000kbits/s, I check it. And before I have the problems TS3 is working normally.

We use UDP for the voice part and maybe the missing handshake gives you the timeout.
This protocol does not check, if a package has reach your computer.
TCP instead does check what packages has not been send to you and resends it.---------------------------------------------------------

Ok which opportunities I have? Could it be that it is because of my packet loss, which I can't test or because of the UDP and TCP which you named before? But now is the question, what can I do to fix or test or whatever?
There must be anything which the stick blocks for the TS3 to work in my opinion, but what? The ping and the jitter are ok I think and the connection is good too, this can't be the reason, so I think it is only the stick
