how do I get my server settings?
Hi.
I am migrating from a hosted ts service to my own server.
but the host is refusing to give me a backup of the db, the rights for b_virtualserver_snapshot_* (the server admins group does not have the rights) or the superadmin password.
any tips on how I can workaround this?

and rightfully so, in fact it would be stupid for him to comply with most of your requests, with the possible exception of the snapshot_create Permission.
You could ask him to do a snapshot_create of your Server for you but unless you complies with your wishes you are out of luck. I'd suggest to setup your own server already then be connected to both of them and manually recreate the Server on your own, as there is nothing else you can do unless the current hoster is willing to help you out with a snapshot of the current status.
