    cant connect to my server

    hey everyone im having a problem with connecting to my server every time it trys to connect it this comes up <18:49:21> Failed to connect to server i tried on a freinds computer and the same thing my server subcription dosnt run out untill november can anyone help ? server ip is 46.163.105.144:10010
