Server: server Port won't be changed

Thread title was changed, it makes more sense

Assume default port is on 9987 for sid=1

    1. use your TS3 client to log in to your server (assume loopback ip 127.0.0.1) ts3server://127.0.0.1:9987

    2. login with putty into serverquery

    3. Please perform the following commands.

    Code:
    login serveradmin serveradminpassword
    use sid=1
    serveredit virtualserver_port=9988
    serverstop sid=1
    serverstart sid=1
    serverlist
Note: Replace serveradminpassword with your serveradmin password

    And do NOT execute serverprocessstop.

    4. observe how the serverlist shows that the virtualserver_port for sid=1 is now listening on 9988

    5. use the client to connect to port 9988 ts3server://127.0.0.1:9988 <- fails to connect

    6. use the client to connect to port 9987 ts3server://127.0.0.1:9987 <- still listens to the old port.

This is STILL reproduceable in newest server. (Edit: I'm using the windows server, just clear things up)

Yes, I know if I executes serverprocessstop and re-run ts3server, it'd work fine, but as the title says, it doesn't make sense. The virtual server was STOPPED and RESTARTED. Technically, it should listen to new port, but it didn't.
