Members can still poke/whisper with no perms
so yeah, i did everything i could but members can still poke/whisper me
even with no poke/whisper perms
i tried these:
- removing the needed_power and power
- putting power on 10 and needed_power on 45
- putting needed_power on 45 and removed power perm
i dont know of this is a bug or not
and if you wonder why i want to disable it for members, i am getting complaints about the stupid system
it should be removed

There are multiple Solutions to your Problem:
Sol. 1:
- set i_client_whisper_power to -10 for all Groups that should not be using the Whisper.
Sol. 2:
- for all Groups that should not be whispered to set i_client_needed_whisper_power to 70
Sol. 3 (if you want fine control and allow like Leaders / Moderator / War Orga / whatever to still use Whisper)
- All groups: i_client_needed_whisper_power <= i_client_whisper_power of Leaders/Moderator/etc.
You should probably give Sol.1 a go.

This thread belongs into the permissions section.
Please make sure, that these permissions are not set on a channel or on a channel group in combination with b_client_skip_channelgroup_permissions.
About he complain system: you can deactivate it for yourself:
i_client_complain_power must be set to -1 for all groups and i_client_needed_complain_power
or
Go into your server settings and change the values for complaints.
Autoban Count 50000
Remove Time 1
50000 complaints in 1 seconds are now needed to ban the target

Dare I ask how that lovely number came about? It may just be me but that just might allow for some abuse of the feature. Not totally sure though... (sarcasm)
As for the system, it is a great asset in certain situations. At times, though, it really can be a pain. No need to remove it though since it's so easy to disable.

The latest server 3.0.6.1 has a magic trick included, to avoid that a user can use more then 1 identity for complaints.
The number was 5 on our test server and i just added some more

What exactly was done to boost the complaint system? Checking IP address? I was not aware of any issues to begin with?
