[Suggestion] Bannerrotation

Hello everybody,

Maybe some of you know this problem: You have diffrent Clans or whatselse on one TeamSpeak Server and every single Clan has his own banner, and every clan want his own banner in the display, but only one banner can be there.
So my idea is to create a Bannerrotation, so that every Banner can be on the display anf that every Banner get a separate time to be on the display (So Banner 1 get 60 Seconds and Banner 2 45 Seconds)

Displaying different Images is easily done using a PHP Script as Image Source. See imagecreatefrom* and imagepng.
You should even be able to make it so that some images are displayed longer than others, but you can only do it in 60 seconds Steps, as the lowest interval in TS3 is 60 seconds.

Also, you can use BB code in the channel description allowing you to add the clan banner to their channel.
