TS making me lag a lot

I'm having massive lag spikes when playing any online game, even flash ones, when i got TS running. I tried to run the ping test on speedtest.net and resulted i got most of my bandwidth magically disappearing when ts is open.
    I'm sure it's not a hardware problem.
    My system is:
    i5 2500k @ 4.1 ghz
    16gb ram
    radeon 6950 2gb
    win 7 home ed x64

This is my net when ts is open:Click image for larger version.

and this is my net the second after i close it: Click image for larger version.

Make sure DDOS/DOS/floor protection is off on your router.

There's not even any of those options included. My router is a dlink dir300. I've gone in the settings anywhere but i found nothing. I tried googling but still no luck. This makes me think my router doesn't have these options.

Maybe you can try with "Lag eliminated", in the 'Smart QoS' section of your router. See image:

    Try changing its status.

Also if it won't help you can add your local IP address to DMZ Zone (see screenshot above, it's shown), as this completely disables router firewall. If it help then it's something messed up with your router settings, otherwise we need to look somewhere else.

Thanks for all answers! I got the problem solved! After many tries, taken by desperation i uninstalled ts for the 100° time and tried to reinstall it switching the option from: for all users, to install it only for me. Seems to be working.. now my net is fully working even with ts open. Still not understanding which was the problem(i think it was some kind of conflict), but what matters is that it's been fixed somehow.

    Cheers
