Cannot Bind To IP

Ok, for the life of me, I cannot figure this out. After a few system updates tonight, Teamspeak has seemed to have stopped working. When last started, it would randomly bind one IP or the other on my VPS, tonight, it only binds to one, and I cannot get it to bind to another.

The inifile has been generated. The IP I would like the server to run with, has been added into voice_ip, query_ip, and filetransfer_ip. Teamspeak is starting running with the parameter for using the ini file. Looking at the log, it tells me it is listening to the correct IP, on the correct ports, however, for GetWanIP, it is not switching to the correct IP. No one can connect to the server while it is running... it is bound to the wrong IP.

The VPS has multiple IP's... why will it not bind to the other IP?

If you are using an ini File and/or specify any of the *_ip Parameters (in the Ini or directly) TeamSpeak will only bind to the IP Address specified by the Parameter. TeamSpeak only binds to any IP (0.0.0.0) or to one single IP specified by the parameters. As far as I know you cannot get TS3 to bind to 2 out of 4 IP Addresses (as an example). At least not for the same Feature. It can of course bind to 1.2.3.4 for voice and 2.3.4.5 for Filetransfer.
