Group modify power
As far as I can tell, the maximum group modify power allowed for any server group is 75.
If so, then how do you modify a group when the needed modify power can go above 75?
Screenshot of group with needed modify power of 90:

75 is the default value. You can have higher values, like the 90 in your screenshot.
You can edit those groups if your "i_group_modify_power" is >= 90.
/* edit
Btw, permissions like "i_channel_needed_subscribe_power" are not set on servergroup or client layer, they are for channel permissions.

You pretty much told us what we already know on the matter... the question was how do we go about deleting this server group.
But I was given the answer by a friend a little while ago.
I guess you just need to use Server Query Admin to remove it.
