If you are renting a Vserver already what prevents you from running a mailserver and webserver on it? It won't cost you anything

for which the License Agreement states that you cannot make money with whatever you are doing...
After all how is Teamspeak supposed to know how much money you are making out of donations and what you use the money for.

A Not For Profit Organisation has to have some sort of financial input to run and pay companies for hosting etc.

It has to have some sort of donation method.

If many gamers really need more than 32 Slots, I think they are able to afford a rented teamspeak3 server.

I am member of the community in wich more then 32 ppls.
I have domian, I paid for it, and I have EMail based on this domian. I have a VServer, I paid for it.
But we dont need/have/want website. It means now we cant get the NPL.
And now I should BUY the licence.

I have all this right? Thank you teamspeak! It is realy unfair.

Well there is always a certain amount of people who care shit and shamelessly abuse a free service to the community. The bad thing about that is that at some point the free service is either removed completely or stripped down / crippled which is what now happened to the NPL License.
Thank those that didn't care shit and just abused it instead of paying for a license as they would've been required to do.
Quite a few innocent people might suffer from this but really the requirements to still get an NPL are not that high and every clan or community meets those requirements already anyway so yeah... if you don't than thank those who abused and rent from an ATHP, or meet the requirements, there really is no other choice.

People earn money in their jobs and pay a root server to host a TS server with that money. > This means Non Profite
You don't get money for the server, for your project, for your website etc. and Nobody spends any money to you.

You realize you can easily just host a simple webpage, and then be completely valid right? A website is a simple html page, if you already have a domain name just parking a simple website page is pretty easy to do.

We can not do anything from here. Please agree the license rules or rent a server.

Sir You really should not change this topic to Resolved when it isn't, just because you have posted something doesn't mean it has resolved the problem I want solved.

Charities are Not for Profits Organisations and they get almost all of their money from donations. All of the Teamspeak team are idiots if they can't come to grips with that.

Profit is any amount of money that has been made more than required and then shared between the owners. We get occasional donations, Not even every month and because of this you find it appropriate to Steal $30 from me, or $500 for the equivalent Licence of the NPL .
