Change File Browser from Channel-Specific to Global while retaining permissions
One of the most annoying things on TeamSpeak is when I know someone uploaded a file or a photo, but I cannot find it. I end up opening some 20 file browser windows before I find it, whereas it would be much easier if the Up button would work in channels to reach the server's root directory (and then I could travel down the path and up the path instead of opening all those windows!).
Or ever better, the Up button goes to the parent channel, and continues going up parent channels until it reaches the root directory of the server.
Channel folders would still be controlled by permissions. For instance, when double-clicking a channel from the root directory, it would check the permissions for that channel and give access accordingly.

There was the same feature request during ur beta status and it was rejected.
The request was, that there is a tool, that shows all files and paths from all channels.
Sorry, but something like that won't be build in from our side.---------------------------------------------------------

Won't be built in from your side as in, it is beyond the capabilities of TeamSpeak? Or won't be built in from your side as in, it is beyond the capabilities of the developers? I am not sure I understand.

Alright, I understand you. T'is sad. It would make it a LOT easier to browse for files.
And does the TeamSpeak API really have the capability to create a root directory of all the channels in the File Browser?

No, the plugin has to lookup all files and show them afterwards, for your sorting.
