3.0.7 overlay issue

Ok so while in a game with the overlay showing if i am in full mode it shows all the rooms and people in all the rooms and it does show who is talking
If I switch to normal mode it will show just the room I am in but no one in that room, and nothing changes when someone talks.

In minimized mode, it shows nothing either.

This just happened when i downloaded that latest ts update, 3.0.7 abd using win 7 64 bit.

to add to this, i also no longer get the label for rooms but just the overlay link in the titlebar
