    ToDo List When Temporary (and Semi-Permanent) are disabled, Channel Type does not default...

    When clients do not have b_channel_create_temporary and/or b_channel_create_semi_permanent, "Channel Type" in the "Create Channel" dialog still defaults to Temporary instead of Semi-Permanent (with Temporary disabled) or Permanent (with Temporary and Semi-Permanent disabled).

    I add the suggestion, that the dialog should use an valid channel type, when channel create or edit was opened.
