Not consistent permissions (compare kick and file permissions)

I think this is not consistent. If the permission system had been implemented correctly, you should have the ability to download and upload files in this settings. [I know that fixing this would cause some trouble ]

That Server Version is outdated. Latest is 3.0.6.1

In any case I just tried it real quick and it seems to be still the case. As far as Kick and Browser is concerned it is working as expected.

I wil ltest it and inform you if anything will be changed here. But i guess it works as intended.
