    Restrict who can make channels?

    Heya,
    Is there a way to restrict who may make a channel in the server? I'm on a Mac, if that makes any difference.

    b_channel_create_permanent
    b_channel_create_semi_permanent
    b_channel_create_temporary

    control whether a user can create permanent, semi permanent or temporary Channels. Remove them from the respective Groups to prevent them from creating channels.
