Solved TS 3 Windows Server 2003 Port Issues..

So I have been trying to figure this out for a while now and finally decided to just come here.. I cannot get my TeamSpeak 3 Server to work using any port including 9987.. I even went into my router and set my server IP as the DMZ and http://www.canyouseeme.org/ still said it could not see anything.. I can connect using 127.0.0.1 on the Server and can connect locally using 192.168.1.* and http://www.canyouseeme.org/ can see ports 10011 and 30033 perfectly fine.. so not sure what else to try.. any ideas?

    **EDIT**
Hmm very odd.. I wanted to see if canyouseeme was stupid or not lol.. so I disconnected my phone from my network and downloaded the TS Android App, thank goodness there was one LOL.. and it connected perfectly fine to the server.. which is weird because not even my local computers would connect using my IP, after it connected I decided to try it on a local computer using the IP as well and wth it worked too?!?!? But it didn't work before lol.. anyways so just wondering why that happened?

and also if someone would not mind trying to connect to my current IP 65.182.65.69 and let me know if it works.. you might hear my sister talking if you connect early she's shooting some videos on the desktop..

Awesome thank you for letting me know!
I wonder why it wasn't showing the port as open even though it was.. could it be that it's because it's a voice port and http://www.canyouseeme.org/ doesn't check those properly?

This has been said many times! This website does not check udp ports!
There is no handshake for that protocoll.

TCP instead asks, what packages have arrived.
