    How long i must wait?

    Hello,

    first of all my english is bad.

    I wrote on the 13 July 2012 a support ticket on: http://support.teamspeakusa.com

    How long must i wait for a answer? it's very important.

    My problem: I have done a request for a Non Profit License (registered), but my email with my license is buggy...

    can someone from the team send me the same email to my hotmail.com email address?

    You should probably hear from them in the next days.
    Dont think that they work on weekends (except for ATHP-clients).

    Not to mention that it looks more like a Failure at roundcube instead of TeamSpeak. Roundcube seems to be unable to properly detect the Attachment or just fails to display / offer it properly.
    Use a proper Mail Client instead and you should be able to download the attached licensekey.dat just fine.

    i wrote in the ticket my hotmail.com email addres, i hope they can sent the attachment to this address.

    It takes up to 48hours until they reply, but as said above the reply from monday - Friday and in rare cares on saturday.
