What does much lower mean and what is the cpu usage of your client and you use an usb headset and what client version do you use and do you use the overlay or any other software meanwhile?
I had more questions as an opionion about that report :-/---------------------------------------------------------

Maybe with a task manager? I never used such a program, while ingame.
So you don't use the overlay and are you sure, that your sond drivers are up-to date?---------------------------------------------------------
