Solved [Request] Needed client description view permissions.

It would be nice to have the ability to use the client description as an admin tool rather than a general "Hey I am me!" tool. If we can have permissions for client descriptions as we do for channel descriptions then we can have information attached to peoples identities that admins can use. "This person is suspicious" "This guy donated $20 last week!" "This is the guy I was telling you guys about who has a server we can use..." etc

We had a request to hide a description for admins (or a second hidden description), but this was rejected.
Please use the databse or the custominfo for query client for this, this description is not visible in the client.
