We were able to reproduce it.
This issue only occurs on certain clients that first joined when you were running a previous version of the 3.0.7 pre-release server which had a bug where client properties were not written correctly.
The server crash will be fixed with one of the next versions.

Edit by dante
Please delete the target users from your client list and let them reconenct to solve it for yourself, until no new server was released.Last edited by dante696; 08-11-2012 at 09:20.

The server cannot be released because it requires a newer client. You have to either fix your database yourself by looking through what clients are missing the properties and adding them or wait for the server to be available. While this is unfortunate, that's the risk of running beta software on production systems.

Hey guys,
I run 3.0.7 (24.10.2012 10:55:20) on my Linux based server and I got the following problem:
The server info show more clients than connected!
For example, there are 15 clients online, but in the server info, 17 clients are online.
Anyone else got this issue?
Regards

The Critical error is caused by an earlier pre release of the 3.0.7 server, where client properties have not been entered in the database. If such clients receive or send offline messages the server will fail to gather the required data to display it because they are not there.
You will have to fix the database manually or delete the affected clients from the database so they are recreated to fix this issue.
See the 3.0.7 Announcement.

... or are you planning to just handle the error in code leaving the database messed up?
