    Can't connect to Server

    Hello TS Community,

i have running one TS Server on a managed VServer, since 3-4 Weeks we have a lot of problems. I already read a lot of threads here in the forum, but nothing did really help.
Sometimes the server runs fine for several days and then another day i have to restart the server a couple of times. The restart i do with a webinterface, but i think that cannot be causing trouble ?

I'm not so familiar with server's and teamspeak, maybe you can tell me what i need to post so that you can help me. Below you find a piece of the client log, first i tried to connect with the domain and then with the IP both did not work. The teamspeak viewer in the forum show that the server is online and also the webinterface says it's running.

Hope you have a clue whats going on, thanks in advance and have a nice day.

No that can't t be, i mean server id 2 is right but the server is definitly running on port 9987. And there is only one ts3 server running, there is no second server ...

    Edit:
Maybe you tried to connect during the time my hoster was checking the TS Server, the server was offline a few minutes, was around 14:30-14:50 german time.

Then iam asking myself why i could connect to the commandline and use the command "use 2" instead of "use 1"?
use1 is giving me a "server is not running"

of course, it is possible that you have your virtualserver2 running at port 9987 ... but it isnt ... ääähmmm ..."normal"
actualy the server was restarted an one user is connectd with nickname "client_nickname=Lantash\s(Martouf)" ... i think thats the right server?

and ohhh ... you know that there is a server pass?

Yeah there was some time ago a server with ID 1, but that one we deleted, it was a kind of test server. Since we deleted that one there is only a server with ID 2. Hope that explains the unnomal situation. :-)

Yes the server with the client Lantash (Martouf) is the right one, with "pass" you mean password right ? That pass i know, i set it up.

My hoster just e-mailed me, they did something and i should check if it's ok know, what they did no idea, and checking if it's ok is not possible because it's stop's working without reason.

Time will tell if it's ok ....
