Customized Default Theme
Hi folks,
I've just uploaded an overhauled version of the TeamSpeak 3 Client default theme:
http://addons.teamspeak.com/director...ult-Theme.html
So please tell me what you like, what you don't like and what's missing in your opinion.
Thank you!

***UPDATE 2.1***
- Fixed broken image paths
***UPDATE 2.2***
- Added informational tooltips for server, channel and client templates
***UPDATE 2.3***
- Removed avatar scaling
***UPDATE 2.4***
- Disabled small capitals for infoframe titles due to problems with certain Unicode characters
***UPDATE 2.5***
- Requires client version 3.0.8.1
- Added server and channel icons to templates (client icons will not be shown because setting the i_icon_id permissions for clients is currently an advanced setting)
***UPDATE 2.6***
- Disabled animations on Linux
***UPDATE 2.7***
- Requires client version 3.0.9 which is available via our BETA channel
- Added default Qt icons for dialog buttonsLast edited by ScP; 14-03-2013 at 14:11. Reason: update

The files in the media folder do not show in my client.
Edit: I do like the overall general aesthetics of the new look. However there is something to be said for the old default, which is nice too. Will be keeping both. Nice work.Last edited by -{HGH}-GEN.Skylab; 18-07-2012 at 05:33.

Everything seems to be working great, except for the Tiny Icons for the operating systems. The only thing that's being displayed is what looks like a piece of paper, but no Linux, Mac or Windows icon.
Info:
TS Client Windows 7 x64
Was on the original default theme before testing
Installed with the built-in installer for TS.

Thank you for reporting this. Since the theme was temporary renamed to default_custom, the path to those images was invalid. I've uploaded a new package installer file. Please re-install to fix the broken image issue.

What do you guys think about the alternating row colors and animations? Should those settings be enabled with a potential new default theme?Last edited by ScP; 18-07-2012 at 07:29.

Reksh and I were talking about this thread and think a tooltip of the raw build number when hovering the build datetime would be nice. Granted only usable for setting minimum client version on a server, but would prevent that question with every build on the forums.

Would be nice to see a tooltip at the channel info pane for the channel id.

I've updated a new version of the theme - called it 2.2 - which includes polished tooltips with all the information you might need. Please refer to the screenshots on the addons page for a preview.

I also like the idea of splitting the client and server build number from the version information... Maybe the dev(il)s will make it happen.
