Restrict location of creatable rooms?
Is it possible to restrict peoples ability to create rooms to certain areas in terms of sub-channels? eg people can only create subchannels of a particular channel they have admin in and are restricted to only making sub channels in that particular area.?

I would say explore channel permissions. I've done this before on my server so I know it can be done. It was a while ago though.
