TS3 Overlay Problems

Howdy howdy! I just downloaded TS3 for use in guildwars 2. During setup, I made sure to *not* select the overlay plugin. However, when I started the game, the overlay came on anyway, causing some rendering issues. I then went back to the TS UI, went to plugins, and turned all of them off, just to see if one of those was causing the problem(for the record, the overlay plugin was displayed as off, I just turned off the two that were on). I then reloaded the game, and the overlay was still there. As such, I went into my system files and attempted to delete the folder, being told that the folder was being used in an open application, even though the system files menu was the only open application. After some very brief searching, I found the uninstaller, which, as it turns out, uninstalled everything except the overlay folder on the plugin. When I tried to delete this folder, I was met with the same message that it was being used. The same thing happened when I tried to delete its contents one at a time.

I then opened up task manager, and searched through every tab. There was absolutely no mention of the files in that folder. How do I get rid of these files?

I can not imagine, that the integrated overlay was running and shown, when it was disbaled.
It could be, that you have to restart, when "InstallHook.exe" is blocked, because windows does not stop this service sometimes, but this only blocks the acces to some files or shows that binary running.

The overlay files are stored in "C:\Program Files\TeamSpeak 3 Client\plugins\ts3overlay" only.
The log files are stored under "C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ts3overlay" (Windows + R > %appdata%\ts3overlay)
