Everybody Can Set Server Groups?

Ok this is probably answered somewhere, but i really need help quick with this one

EVERYBODY can set server groups in my teamspeak D:
So naturally, everybody is going nuts setting tons of server groups, need help with this one quick D:

Please comapre the i_group_member_add_power with i_group_needed_member_add_power for these groups.
i_group_needed_member_add_power must be set on every group, to avoid that everybody can assign groups.

And that means what exactly? I'm new to this teamspeak stuff and that just looks like plain jibberish to me, and sorry i just needed a quick answer ;-;

This is a quick answer to your problem, you messed up your permissions and this needs to get fixed.

Optional, delete your database and start from scratch or connect to the server query and run the command permreset or contact your hoster.
