Edit your channel and go to the permissions tab. Raise the needed delete/modify power to 100. That should do it.

The server Administrator ignores the i_channel_needed_delete_power seto nchannels, als long skip is active.

Please open the permissions for the group and enter channel_delete into the filter.
    These are your options.

Alternately remove this permissions (and grant value) from SA group:
    Code:
    b_channel_delete_permanent
    b_channel_delete_semi_permanent
    b_channel_delete_temporary
Those, they cant delete any channel.
