Can't Connect to anything in Teamspeak 3

I cannot connect to any Teamspeak 3 server nor can i connect to the Teamspeak 3 Update server When i try to check for updates i get this error"Failed to query latest client version from update server." Ive tryed older versions and updateing from there but it wont do it....Instead i had to uninstall then reinstall the newer version(3.0.8)...

Ive pinged all the IP's ive been trying to connect to and it works fine....Also i downloaded the Overwolf program and i couldnt connect to the servers on there either....

I dont use a router I plug straight from my Xfinity modem from Comcast Via Ethernet Cable....My internet isnt slowed down at all and ive restarted my Modem twice with no change thus far

Any Ideas?

Some Firewall either on your PC or in your modem is blocking most connections, or maybe Comcast blocks UDP Traffic for you.
