TS 3 crashes Sniper Elite V2

As the title says there is some connection between TS 3.0.8 and SEv2 which causes it to crash.

I do not know why.

If I start up TS 3 and then go through Steam to SEv2 the game will not run and have the error message:

'Failed to initialize; D3D11 error code 0'

I originally thought ti was my graphics drivers or DirectX but it's not.

If I then close TS 3 down then go to play SEv2 again the game will start up fine.

Once the game is started up I can then run TS 3 and it will work without any conflicts.

I hope you can fix this problem soon as it's rather a pain.

cn you try to start the game without the overlay?
You can disable it under Settings > Plugins > TeamSpeak 3 Overlay plugin

Can you deliver some logs for the overlay?

Please press the keys Windows + R > Now enter %appdata%\ts3overlay\logs and pres OK
A log file for this game should exist. Please paste it here.

I have the exact same problem, im on a dx11 card all updated with dx and gpu.
Can you please explain the fix?

there is a fps.dll loaded. Is this a third-party addon or is it part of the game?
Can you please check, where this DLL is located on your system?
