upgraded my old computer hardrive, motherboard, cpu etc...
now i am not authorized to get on our ts server! help!

Has absolutely nothing to do with you replacing Hardware Parts.
The Reason is that YOU forgot to make a Backup prior to reinstalling your Operating System and hence lost your Data which includes your TeamSpeak Identity by which the Server would identify you and grant you Permissions to join and do something on whatever Server you visit.
You need to either get back your Identity from your old Harddrive or ask the Admins of that Server to grant you back access on your new Installation.
