which premission for talking?

which premission shoudl i use to add client that if he had that premission on chanel he can talk there..

I don't know exactly what permision you want. I guess you ask for i_client_talk_power

i_client_talk_power - Sets and allows in most cases to talk in a moderated channel.
i_client_needed_talk_power - This is a channel permission. Sets the minimum of "i_client_talk_power" that is needed in a channel to talk.
b_client_set_flag_talker - Allows to add or remove talk power.
b_client_request_talker - Allows to request talk power.

The Talk power flag does not set i_client_talk_power on a user, it allows to talk and does not comapre the minimum of i_client_talk_power.
